At Florida Maintenance and Construction Inc. our services cover a wide range that includes concrete, structural, miscellaneous steel, heavy rigging, machinery and equipment assembly and installation.  With our field and shop working together hand in hand, we can provide shop fabrication, repairs, and field services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.  Florida Maintenance and Construction can also assist businesses with turn-key capital projects, from the design and engineering phase to the construction and start-up.  We have had great success designing, engineering, and installing various personnel platforms, egresses, and monorail systems in difficult areas to access.  We work diligently with our clients to meet and exceed critical path expectations during both planned and emergency outage repairs. 

Keeping safety as a top priority, we perform a “Job Hazard Analysis” prior to engaging in any work activities to identify any potentially hazardous conditions or safety concerns that should be addressed.  All employees are trained according to their duties and are site specific trained when necessary.  Employees undergo an extensive background check and drug screening by an outside agency.  Our supervisors direct daily “toolbox meetings” to keep safety on the minds of our employees.  We also perform weekly jobsite and fabrication shop audits to identify potential hazards as a preventative measure to ensure smooth operations.
