FABRICATION CAPABILITIES

We are an full service fabrication facility located in Central Florida. Capable of fabricating large and small bore pipe, ducting, structural beams and shapes, conveyors, chutes, and pressure vessels of all types as well as specialty items.

We maintain the following ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Stamps:

	U STAMP – Manufacturing of Unfired Pressure Vessels
	S STAMP – Assembly and / or Construction of Power boilers in shop and field as well as construction and assembly of Power Piping projects
	R STAMP – Repairs of Code Vessels as well as Power Boilers and Power Piping in shop and field

Florida Maintenance & Construction, Inc. maintains a in house Quality Control Program that lets us be current with the Codes & Standards that today’s industry demands, as well as having the ability to qualify our welders in house. This helps us to be cost efficient to our customers as well as maintaining Qualification Records for easy access for our clients to overview prier to and during fabrication.

We also have a in house CWI that helps us maintain the one of the highest welding standards in the industry, which will also help our customers with cost effective productivity without sacrificing quality.
